Great place for a solo traveler. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the clean atmosphere. Free parking underneath was super convenient. Staff was very accommodating and there were nice antiques around. Definitely liked the balcony to chill out on.

The cakes I discovered at nearby La Troja Patrimonio Cultural y Musical were a total game-changer. The sweet treats paired perfectly with my late-night cravings, and the outdoor vibe made it even better! Plus, the gym and pool were clean and had great hours—you could sneak in some exercise anytime.

However, a cheeky note, no hot water in the showers can be a drag, especially when it's chilly. And bringing a guest up to my room? They really charge an arm and a leg for that!

Hot water in the shower was a major letdown. it should be available without a fuss, especially in cooler weather. The hotel entrance is tricky to find, sandwiched between buildings and poorly marked, which can be frustrating for newcomers. Expect to pay exorbitantly for bringing guests to your room, a surprising annoyance considering the overall value.

Charming place to unwind by the inviting pool and enjoy walks around the lovely neighborhood.

stayed at dorado for a night and loved the spacious deluxe double room. the pool was refreshing, and the staff treated me well, quickly resolving a couple of issues. it's also in a nice area with food options nearby, making it convenient for exploring.

but the check-in process could be smoother.

An ideal choice for a trip in Barranquilla with great value for the money. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, providing a nice spot to relax. Bring your own water for brushing teeth, as the taste of the tap water is not great.

the tv didn't work on arrival but they fixed it right away. pool was awesome super clean and the room was a decent size. staff treated me well overall a good stay and parking was easy.

The jacuzzi was a fun idea but it was ice cold, so we opted for a regular shower instead. The spacious room was decent, and the parking was secure, which was a relief!

Oh dear, the windows didn't have locks and were wide open—my style, but not my security! Also, both TVs were like shy little mice, just wouldn't work!

The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was solid. The pool area was nice too. Though, the first room I was given had issues with the TV and a water leak, but they fixed it quickly. It was a bit frustrating to check in—it took three tries to get the right room, but the size was great overall. I liked the area, lots of places to grab food and shop nearby. Decent stay for the price!
